Salmon Tartar on Avocado Salad

Ingredients Tartar

  • 300g Sushi/Sashimi grade Salmon
  • 1 Table Spoon Pink Pepper

Ingredients Avocado Salad

  • 3 Ripe Avocados
  • Juice of 1/2 – 1 Lime
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


Finely chop the salmon, toss with pink pepper and set aside
Peel and cut the avocado into small cubes and add lime juice to prevent it from oxidicing
Season with salt and pepper and add chopped cilantro


Use a Food Ring (or self made aluminium foil rings) and place one layer of avocado on the botton of the ring and top with the chopped salmon (as seen on picture)
Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve either as individual dish or on a large platter
